Refunds and cancellations.
When you get money back, how much, and how fast.
1. Single projects
- You pay the quoted price in full once our team confirms the job.
- Cancel before work starts: a full refund.
- Cancel after work starts: we refund the part of the job not yet done.
- If we deliver late: a full refund of that job's price.
- Once you approve the finished document, the job is complete and is not refundable.
2. PDC Monthly
- $299 a month, billed in advance. Cancel any month; the plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
- We do not refund part months, with one exception: if we deliver a plan job late, we refund that month's fee.
- Unused pages carry over for one month and have no cash value.
3. Templates
Templates are digital files, so a sale is final once the file has been downloaded. If a file is faulty or not as described, tell us within 7 days and we fix it or refund you in full.
4. Charged twice, or the wrong amount
Always refunded in full, as soon as we see it.
5. When the late-delivery refund does not apply
When the delay comes from files arriving late, the job changing after it starts, or events outside our control.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email info@proposaldesigncompany.com with your quote number (it starts with PDC-). Our team replies by email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
