Delivery policy.
Everything we sell is delivered digitally, worldwide. Nothing is shipped.
1. What you receive
- Design jobs: your designed document as a PDF, with the editable source files (Word, PowerPoint or InDesign, as agreed in the job) and every figure as a separate editable file.
- Templates: the files listed on the template's page.
2. How it arrives
By email, as a secure download link. There are no physical goods, no shipping and no shipping costs, and delivery works the same in every country.
3. When it arrives
- Up to 30 pages: back in 24 hours.
- 31 to 60 pages: back in 48 hours.
- Rush jobs: inside 12 hours, when our team confirms it can be done well.
- Over 60 pages: the timing is agreed in the quote.
The clock starts when your payment and your files have both arrived. Our team confirms the start by email, and you see a mid-point check before delivery. Templates arrive as soon as the purchase completes.
4. Changes after delivery
We keep making design changes to the document you sent until you approve it (see the service terms).
5. If we are late
You get a full refund of that job's price. See the refund and cancellation policy.
6. If a delivery does not reach you
Check your spam folder first, then email info@proposaldesigncompany.com. Our team resends it.
