1. Who we are

PDC, the Proposal Design Company ("PDC", "we"), a design team based in India that works remotely. Email info@proposaldesigncompany.com with any question about your data.

2. What we collect

• What you type into our forms: your name, work email, company, and the details of the job (pages, deadline, solicitation number, brand notes). When you sign in the Send a draft form, your typed signature and the time you signed.
• Your files: links you share with us, and the names of files you choose. Files are not uploaded through this website.
• How you found us: the ad or link that brought you (for example LinkedIn or Google campaign tags), the first page you visited, and the site that referred you.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider, Razorpay. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting and security providers to keep the site working and safe, including an automatic check that each visitor is human, not a bot (Cloudflare Turnstile).

3. Why we use it

To quote and deliver your job, to bill for it, to reply to you, to keep the site secure, and to learn which of our ads and posts work. We rely on taking steps you ask for before and under a contract, on our legitimate interest in running and improving the business, on legal duties such as tax records, and on your consent where the law requires it.

4. Who handles it for us

We share data only with the providers that run parts of our service, and only for that purpose: Cloudflare (hosting, security and the visitor check), Formspree (delivering form submissions to us), Google Workspace (email), and Razorpay (card payments and receipts). If we switch on ad measurement (LinkedIn Insight Tag or Google Analytics), we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it. We never sell your data.

5. Your files and confidentiality

The mutual NDA covers everything you send. Your files are used only for your job, seen only by the team working on it, and deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep something (such as your template). We never show your work publicly without your written permission.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become a job: up to 24 months.
• Job and billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Your files: deleted after delivery.

7. Cookies and browser storage

We use no advertising cookies today. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. The site keeps a few small things in your browser: which ad or link brought you (for this visit only), and the score of the Feed Ami game on the About page. Cloudflare may set a cookie that the visitor check needs to work.

8. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, or for us to stop sending you marketing email. Email info@proposaldesigncompany.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, California law or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act) you may have further rights, including complaining to your data protection authority.

9. Where your data is processed

We and our providers process data in India, the United States and other countries where those providers operate, with the safeguards their terms and the law require.

10. How we protect it

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), strict security settings on every page, two-step login on our accounts, and access limited to the people working on your job.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Grievance officer

For a question or complaint about your data, email our grievance contact at info@proposaldesigncompany.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

13. Changes

If this policy changes, the version date at the top changes too. The version in force when you use the site applies.
