This license covers the template files in any pdc template download ("the templates"). each download also includes a copy of these terms.
Who may use them
The company that bought the templates, and its employees and contractors working on that company's documents.
You may
- Use and edit the templates to make your company's own documents: proposals, capability statements, one-pagers, presentations and similar business documents.
- Make as many documents from them as you like, and print, send, submit and publish the documents you make.
- Change the colors, fonts, layouts, photos, icons and text.
You may not
- Sell, share, give away or redistribute the template files themselves, edited or unedited, or offer them as templates or as part of another template product.
- Upload the template files to a template marketplace or shared library.
- Claim the template designs as your own designs for resale.
Photos and icons
Icons and shapes are drawn by PDC as native shapes and are covered by this license. Where a template includes sample photos, they are public domain and credited in that download; you may keep or replace them.
Refunds
If the templates aren't right for you, email info@proposaldesigncompany.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
No guarantee of compliance
Solicitations set their own format rules. Check each solicitation's instructions; you are responsible for the content and format of what you submit.
The templates are provided "as is"
Beyond the refund above, PDC gives no warranty, and its total liability is limited to the price you paid.
